Steamed Tuna Steaks

Ingredients

2 Lbs. Fresh Tuna Steaks
l/2 Cups Soy Sauce
l/2 Cup Sherry
l/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
l Bunch Green Onions, Finely Chopped
l/2 Cup Minced Ginger Root
3 Minced Garlic Cloves
l Tsp. Salt
l Tsp Ground Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Place tuna steaks in a steamer over 1 inch of boiling water and cover. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, sherry, vegetable oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper and bring to a boil. Remove tuna steaks from steamer, and place in a serving dish. Pour sauce over tuna steaks, and serve immediately.
