Marinara Rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups White Rice
1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Ragu or Other Marinara Sauce
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Banana Peppers
3 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine
l/2 Cup Chopped Onion
Cooking Instructions
Microwave onions in a covered small dish. Microwave rice and water in a covered dish, placing the butter or margarine in the center of the rice. Microwave the vegetable Ragu or marinara and add the cooked onions to the mixture. Place the stirred rice on plates and spoon the Ragu or marinara mixture over it. Garnish with Banana Peppers as desired.
