Margarette's Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

2 Pounds Ground Beef
2 Large Chopped Onions
l Can of Tomatoes
l Small Can Tomato Paste
4 Cups Water
l/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
3 Packs of Splenda
l Tablespoon Garlic Salt

Cooking Instructions

Place beef and onions into water in a large pot and boil, stirring constantly to break up the meat into a loose stew. Add tomatoes (if you can get home-canned tomatoes it is much better) and tomato paste, adding the parmesan cheese, the splenda (it tempers the acidity of the tomatoes), and the garlic salt. Salt and pepper to taste and add mushrooms if you like them. Cook until done or until it reaches the consistence you prefer.
